Ticket booking policy

Booking Fees
There are no booking fees – the ticket price quoted is what you pay.

Ticket Delivery
Tickets are sent to you by email. We also keep a list of all bookers at the door to events – so don’t worry if you can’t find the email.

Ticket Reservations
Unpaid tickets cannot be reserved in advance.

Refunds, Resale & Cancellations
Workshops: refunds and exchanges cannot be given for tickets to workshops unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Cinema: cinema tickets may be exchanged for tickets to another cinema event, please contact info@saltashstudios.org if you are not able to attend and would like to exchange your tickets.

You are also welcome to give your workshop or cinema tickets to friends and family members.

Seating & Entry to Performances
All seats are unreserved and allocated on a first-come basis. If you arrive after the event has started you will be granted entry at a suitable point in the programme.

Disabled audience members can request reserved seats – please email info@saltashstudios.org

Reselling
Tickets may not be sold for commercial gain.

Babies & Children
Babies and children are welcome to age suitable events. See the information for each event for age recommendation.

Films have BBFC age recommendation:
U U-rated content is suitable for audiences of all ages, although not all U-rated content is aimed at children.
PG General viewing, but some scenes may be unsuitable for young children.
12A Cinema content classified 12A contains material that is not generally suitable for children aged under 12.
12 Video content classified 12 contains material that is not generally suitable for children aged under 12.
15 No one younger than 15 may see 15-rated content in a cinema.
18 No one younger than 18 may see 18-rated content in a cinema.

Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Saltash Studios.
Only assistance dogs may attend cinema events. Please be aware though the we do not recommend bringing a dog to a cinema screening because they may find noise levels uncomfortable.
