We have several spaces available to hire in our Saltash Studios building. Whether you need a private space to host a meeting, set up a pop-up shop space, run a messy workshop, or hold an art exhibition, we have a range of room options for you.
Meeting room
Our small ground floor meeting room is perfect for meetings, interviews, workshops, pop-up shops and more. Measuring 13m sq, there is enough space for 8-10 people, depending on furniture layout.
Bookings from 1 hour to full days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm) can be taken online.

Kitchen / Workshop
Our ground floor Kitchen/workshop room is a great space for creative workshops and meetings. Measuring 28m sq there is space for up to 12 workshop participants working at tables. The room has a sink with hot and cold water and offers a practical and comfortable setting for creative sessions.

Main Events Room
Our Main Events room of Saltash Studios offers a large, versatile space. This open area has a maximum capacity of 80 people.
Perfect for hosting a corporate event or a community gathering.

Cinema nights
Hold your own private screening in our cinema. Enjoy a film with friends and family on our 150″ screen, with Dolby Surround Sound, licensed bar and fresh popcorn.

Location
You’ll find Saltash Studios on Saltash Fore Street, surrounded by the amenities of the vibrant town centre – with excellent transport links by road and rail.
From Saltash Studios’ location on Fore Street, you have a wide range of shops and services right on the doorstep. There’s a supermarket, plenty of places to get lunch (including Cornish pasties, naturally!), a Post Office, a banking hub and pharmacies – plus many more businesses.
The town centre is well-connected, with easy access to Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall via the A38 and regular bus services. Saltash train station is also just a 10-minute walk away and offers direct routes to London, Plymouth, Exeter, plus west into Truro, Newquay and Penzance.
