Saltash Studios will be a new creative hub on Fore Street in Saltash, where everyone is welcome for co-working, events and arts.
We are leading a project to bring the derelict former Barclays Bank in Saltash back into use for the community. The proposal is to refurbish the building and open as a co-work hub and cultural events space, accessible to the whole community. The building will have bookable desks, private studios, enterprise events, cinema screenings, exhibitions, pop-up retail and much more.

The Albion Workshop CIC and Salt Arts CIC have been working hard over the last few weeks to start the transformation of the building. Already the interior is unrecognisable and visitors can’t quite believe how big the space is.

This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
